By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below. Please make sure to read everything before commissioning me.I. General Terms
I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.
I may use your commissioned work in any way I see fit, including as samples in this portfolio or as posts on social media. If you would like to opt out of this, please inform me before completion of the piece.
Rude behavior and bigotry will not be tolerated under and circumstances.
Please inform me in your first message about any NDAs that may be present over the character or IP.II. Payment
Payment is in USD, through PayPal only.
Prices may vary based on character details, additional characters, complex backgrounds etc.
If looking for commercial licensing - prints for conventions, advertising etc. - please contact me directly to discuss additional cost.III. Process
I will begin drawing only after payment has been received.
I will provide a sketch for the client to approve or revise. I offer unlimited revisions at this stage.
After final approval from the client, I will begin colouring and rendering the piece. You, the client, will not see the piece again until it is completed unless you personally request to see it during the process.
It may take up to a month to complete a piece depending on complexity, other projects and my personal schedule.IV. Client Satisfaction
It is my utmost goal to provide you with an awesome piece, for this reason, I ask that you be very specific during your initial message. This will help me price the commission accurately and reduce the likelihood of extensive revisions. Once the final piece has been shown to the client, I offer 2 free revisions. It is expected that these revisions are minor. If I feel that these revisions are extreme changes to the piece, (such as complete altering of clothing, pose or background) I may request further compensation.V. Dissolution of Contract
In some extraneous cases, I may need to end our contract. If at any point in time there are more than 3 weeks of no contact (without prior communication), if you are found within breach of these terms or if you refuse to pay promptly, I may end our contract. In such cases, you will be refunded for any work not completed.
